Immediate opening: plastering hand (Kentucky)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a plastering hand in Mason County, Kentucky. You will work on a busy domestic building site. On a typical shift you will tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler; clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets; apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork; apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat; apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls. You should have: • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Own set of trowels, floats, hawk and buckets • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work Overtime paid at a premium rate.
