Scullery hand — Stillwater County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a scullery hand in Stillwater County, Montana. The job is in a catering unit. You should have: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Day to day you will top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift.
