We are recruiting: we are hiring a wheel alignment technician in Midland County, Texas. Requirements: • Awareness of workshop health and safety • Knowledge of correct torque settings and TPMS resets • Valid driving licence for mobile fitting roles The role involves check tread depth with a depth gauge and spot uneven wear; handle truck and bus tyres, including split-rim assemblies; keep the tyre bay tidy and dispose of scrap tyres; torque the wheel nuts to spec with a torque wrench; fit new tyres onto rims and seat the bead correctly; replace faulty valves and reset TPMS sensors. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $3,500 per month plus benefits.
