Panel welder — Minidoka County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a panel welder in Minidoka County, Idaho. You will work at an automobile body shop. Day-to-day duties: • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing You should have: • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Willing to work shifts and overtime Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. $150 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
