Packaging machine operator • Fayette County, Pennsylvania

Immediate opening: we are hiring a packaging machine operator in Fayette County, Pennsylvania. You will be based in a packaging factory. Day to day you will key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature; monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift; run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing; clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line; report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter; change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers. You should have: • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor • Good attention to detail and steady hands Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
