Roofing technician — Massac County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a roofing technician in Massac County, Illinois. Day-to-day duties: • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing • Fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens • Hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding Ideal candidate: • A driving licence is an advantage for site travel • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
