Restoration bricklayer — Luna County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a restoration bricklayer in Luna County, New Mexico. You will be based on a commercial construction site. Requirements: • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding The role involves: • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints • Laying bricks to the line, level and plumb • Forming arches, piers and reveals around openings • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel • Checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
