Now hiring: we are hiring a pot washer in Jefferson County, Ohio. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. The role involves mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils. What we are looking for: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Meals and transport allowance provided.
