Immediate opening: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Perry County, Tennessee. The job is at a wholesale meat market. On a typical shift you will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled.
