Tailor machinist — Greenlee County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a tailor machinist in Greenlee County, Arizona. Requirements: • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus The role involves: • Operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension Full-time, day shift. $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
