Dough maker — Gulani

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dough maker in Gulani, Yobe State. You will work in a hotel pastry kitchen. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Food handler / hygiene certificate The role involves: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. ₦250,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
