Immediate opening: formwork joiner (Nebraska)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a formwork joiner in Cherry County, Nebraska. You will work on a residential tower site. Requirements: • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules Your main tasks: • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $5,000 per project, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
