Collision repair technician — Boone County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a collision repair technician in Boone County, Indiana. The job is in a smash repair workshop. Your main tasks: • Knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull Ideal candidate: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Trade certificate in auto body repair an advantage Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. $5,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
