Horizontal milling machine operator • Pittsburg County, Oklahoma

We are recruiting: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Pittsburg County, Oklahoma. On a typical shift you will read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts. Requirements: • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Able to grind and set HSS cutters 1+ years on the tools preferred. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
