Garden maintenance worker — Cherokee County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a garden maintenance worker in Cherokee County, Kansas. What we are looking for: • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish • Valid driving licence for travel between sites • Happy to work outdoors in all weather Day-to-day duties: • Plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings • Prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers • Mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers • Water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines • Spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. We offer $3,100 per month plus benefits. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
