Join our team: we are hiring a steward in Lawrence County, Kentucky. The role involves: • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Punctual, reliable and hard-working 1+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. We offer $2,900 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
