On the job you will handle: • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking Requirements: • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts Performance bonus on top of base pay.
