Dish pit attendant — Oakland County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Oakland County, Michigan. You will be based in a hospital canteen. The role involves: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading What we are looking for: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
