Paint booth operator — Grundy County

Now hiring: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Grundy County, Tennessee. You will be based at a powder coating unit. You will cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
