System formwork carpenter — Lamar County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a system formwork carpenter in Lamar County, Texas. The job is at a precast concrete yard. On the job you will handle: • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters What we are looking for: • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts 2+ years on the tools preferred.
