Powder coating technician — Dorchester County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Dorchester County, Maryland. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. The role involves: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Willing to work shifts and overtime A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
