Vacancy available: baker (West Virginia)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a baker in Wayne County, West Virginia. You will be based in a hotel pastry kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Day-to-day duties: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Score the top of loaves before baking 6+ years on the tools preferred.
