General labourer — Steele County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a general labourer in Steele County, Minnesota. You will be based on a high-rise construction site. Day-to-day duties: • Bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns • Dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel • Pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator • Wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean • Stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage • Set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction Ideal candidate: • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it • Physically fit and comfortable working at height • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
