We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Lee County, Illinois. The role involves top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) 4+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $2,600 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
