Tower crane operator — Blue Earth County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tower crane operator in Blue Earth County, Minnesota. You will work in a warehouse fitted with overhead cranes. You should have: • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • A good head for heights for tower crane work On the job you will handle: • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground 3+ years on the tools preferred.
