Fabrication workshop technician — Livingston County

Join our team: we are hiring a fabrication workshop technician in Livingston County, Michigan. Ideal candidate: • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) Day to day you will clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash; crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame; glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square; rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router.
