Fry cook — Iwajowa

Day to day you will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Full-time, day shift.
