Now hiring: we are hiring a tig welder in Obafemi Owode, Ogun State. The role involves: • Set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required • Select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions Ideal candidate: • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. ₦1,250 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
