Crawler crane operator wanted in Whitfield County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a crawler crane operator in Whitfield County, Georgia. On a typical shift you will park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift; fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports; read and interpret the load chart before every lift; watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity; work out the load weight and the lifting radius; carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • A good head for heights for tower crane work • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) Rotating shifts.
