Powder coating line operator — Ohaukwu

Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Ohaukwu, Ebonyi State. The job is in a busy paint shop. You will inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns. You should have: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Rotating shifts.
