Track-type tractor operator — Buckinghamshire

Great opportunity: we are hiring a track-type tractor operator in Buckinghamshire, England. The job is on a road construction project. You should have: • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine Day-to-day duties: • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals • Follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear • Grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily Full-time with occasional weekends.
