Dough maker • Tureta, Sokoto State

Join our team: we are hiring a dough maker in Tureta, Sokoto State. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. On the job you will handle: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Score the top of loaves before baking • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • 2+ years' experience as a baker Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
