Crane operator wanted in Cowley County

Now hiring: we are hiring a crane operator in Cowley County, Kansas. You will work at a road-building project. You will keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines; load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket; level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines; grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift; check for underground cables and services before digging. Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Understanding of safe digging near underground services • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
