Hydraulic press operator • Dixie County, Florida

We are recruiting: we are hiring a hydraulic press operator in Dixie County, Florida. You will be based at a busy press shop. On the job you will handle: • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Record output and downtime on the production sheet • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components You should have: • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout Pay around $5,100 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
