Join our team: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Mitchell County, Iowa. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Your main tasks: • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room Rotating shifts. $150 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
