Press setter operator — Greene County

Join our team: we are hiring a press setter operator in Greene County, Indiana. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges On a typical shift you will deburr and stack finished components for the next operation; operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses; watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $25 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
