Ideal candidate: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts On the job you will handle: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks Rotating shifts. $220 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
