Cook wanted in Greenbrier County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cook in Greenbrier County, West Virginia. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Day-to-day duties: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Prepare the mise en place before each service On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
