Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff On a typical shift you will wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
