VMC operator — Perry County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a VMC operator in Perry County, Kentucky. Your main tasks: • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing Ideal candidate: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
