Ceramic tiler — Columbia County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a ceramic tiler in Columbia County, Oregon. Day-to-day duties: • Check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away • Fit skirting tiles, step nosings and external corner trims • Apply a waterproofing membrane in showers and wet areas • Cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter • Fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even • Mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency Ideal candidate: • Skilled with a wet saw, angle grinder and manual cutter • Work neatly with minimal tile wastage At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
