Elevator technician • Crane County, Texas

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an elevator technician in Crane County, Texas. You will work in a hospital with heavy lift traffic. On the job you will handle: • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear You should have: • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • Valid driving licence for site call-outs 5+ years on the tools preferred.
