Your main tasks: • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper Requirements: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects 4+ years on the tools preferred.
