Now hiring: we are hiring a site dozer operator in Schleicher County, Texas. You will be based on a dam or embankment job. Day-to-day duties: • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving • Cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear Requirements: • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems Pay around $4,300 per month, based on your experience.
