Dish pit attendant — Kibiya

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Kibiya, Kano State. What we are looking for: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates On the job you will handle: • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method Six days a week, one day off.
