Press setter operator — Ashland County

Now hiring: we are hiring a press setter operator in Ashland County, Ohio. You will be based in a sheet metal stamping unit. On a typical shift you will deburr and stack finished components for the next operation; record output and downtime on the production sheet; run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely; clear scrap and offcuts from the die area; top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways. Ideal candidate: • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges We offer $25 per hour plus benefits.
