Ideal candidate: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat The role involves follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces.
