Now hiring: we are hiring a track-type tractor operator in Washington County, Pennsylvania. Requirements: • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters Your main tasks: • Cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
