We are recruiting: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Dawson County, Nebraska. On the job you will handle: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case Ideal candidate: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Pay around $5,500 per month, based on your experience.
