Lorry driver — Jackson County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a lorry driver in Jackson County, Kansas. Ideal candidate: • Willing to take on night and multi-day trips • Confident with manual handling and load securing • Clean driving record with no recent endorsements You will check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels; present documents at weighbridges and check posts; complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery; secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars; report defects and book the unit in for servicing; keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load.
